**WINTER PACKING REQUREMENT - UPDATED 11-19-2008**
HEAT PACKS AND OR WINTER PACKING IS REQUIRED ON ALL CRICKET SHIPMENTS FROM LATE OCTOBER THROUGH MID APRIL.

FROM MAY 22, 2008 THROUGH SEPTEMBER NEXT DAY AIR AND COOL PACKS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL WORM SHIPMENTS. THIS IS DUE TO HEAT RELATED ISSUES AT OUR SHIPPING FACILITIES IN WEST MONROE, LA , THE TRANSFER POINTS IN TRANSIT AND YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA.
There are no special packing requirements on cricket orders through September.
NEXT DAY AIR is needed on all orders received after 2pm Wednesdays to assure arrival before the weekend.
Residential/Extended Area Delivery Fee:
DELIVERIES TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $2.50 PER BUNDLE THAT IS CHARGED TO US BY DHL, FEDEX AND UPS. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE LIVE DELIVERY IF SOMEONE IS NOT ABLE TO SIGN FOR AND RECEIVE YOUR ORDER UPON DELIVERY.
IF YOUR ADDRESS IS CONSIDERED IN AN EXTENDED AREA, BY THE THREE CARRIERS ABOVE, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $2.50 PER BUNDLE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE ANY CHARGES TAKE PLACE. Crickets:NO SPECIAL PACKING REQUIRED ON CRICKETS MID MAY THRU SEPTEMBER.
When the high temp for the day is below 50 F winter packing is required along with Next Day Air to guarantee live delivery. When the high temp for the day is below 20 F we do not recommend shipping and CANNOT GUARANTEE live delivery. Our WP packing method, which is double box and heat pack, combined with Priority Next Day Air(delivery by 10:30 am) works very well in conditions above 15 F. SATURDAY arrival fee is $20.00 per bundle.

Worms:NEXT DAY AIR ($13.00 per order) AND COOL PACKS ($2.00 per box) ARE REQUIRED ON WORM SHIPMENTS LATE MAY THRU SEPTEMBER AND DUE TO THE HEAT NO LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE ON WORMS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD. ALSO, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND RECEIVING WORMS WHEN YOUR HI TEMP WILL BE ABOVE 93* F.

These can include heat packs (.50c per box) or winter packs ($2.00/box -> double boxed with heat pack) for each box of crickets shipped. NEXT DAY AIR is REQUIRED on shipments requiring winter pack*

If adjustments need to be made to your order after submission:
For regular credit card orders we will add the charges and send you a new email invoice upon processing. On customers that use PayPal. We will not accept the payment and notify you on what the additional charges will be. You can either PayPal us the difference, or cancel the original payment and we can invoice you through PayPal with the correct total.
